So about those goals I set last week...didnt really make them, I got some of the guidelines in most days of the week, but thats not good enough so I am going to try and shoot for that again this week. I didnt get in any exercise in at all either. So I think I will just keep those goals until I can achieve them.
So for this week,
- Get in ALL 8 healthy guidelines
- Exercise twice this week
I have been quit for 1 Week, 6 Days, 23 hours, 32 minutes and 38 seconds (13 days). I have saved $49.62 by not smoking 279 cigarettes. I have saved 23 hours and 15 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 10/4/2008 8:32 PM
