A new week

Well made it through the weekend and even stuck to my pts. well sat. had some left, but sunday used some flex pts and the ap's. I am going into my third week and have noticed after I first joined I payed real close attention to those healthy Guidlines, well it seems that this week, I havent paid as close attention to getting them in.

This week, Im setting some mini goals for myself here and that would be

  1. get in my fruits and vegetables
  2. drink all my water
  3. exercise twice this week

I dont want to get overwhelmed so we will leave it at that. I do get in some exercise every night at work since I started taking the stairs when I go down for my breaks.

Funny thing about how things get ingrained into us. When I first started taking the stairs, everytime I would leave to go downstairs I would automatically head for the elevator and then remember, Oh yeah...and circle around. I still find myself subconsciously heading for the elevator, so working hard to break that one.

Yay! good job working in some exercise. Those 8 healthies are hard to stick to. I am trying to get all of my water and milk in this week.
