Just a quickie

Just thought I would get a quickie post in. I changed meetings to Tues. evening which I think is going to work out better for me. The leader is a guy and I really like him and the group, apparently he has a website with recipes and stuff and sends out emails. Guess I will have to find out what it is. On a happier note, I lost 2.4 this week which brings my total to 7.8. My mini goal is to get back down to 300 and right now I'm at 312.2. I have noticed that ww scales weighs me less than my scale which is good. Altogether I'm happy, that is a good number and I was off program for a couple days. I have been doing better with my healthy guidelines and have been trying to eat more salad which is hard for me, but I'm working on it. Hope every one is nice and warm and watch out for that candy that's floating around this week.


I have been quit for 3 Weeks, 3 Days, 1 hour, 8 minutes and 32 seconds (24 days). I have saved $85.36 by not smoking 480 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day and 16 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 10/4/2008 8:32 PM

Before I forget, I've been meaning to mention it... I am so proud of you that you're on program and have stopped smoking at the same time, I know that is hard to do.

I like that your leader has a website... I would love to check it out if he allows you to share it. That's what I want to do when I'm a leader have a special website for my members.

Congratulations on the loss... we're doing this!
