Back to our scheduled programming

So I didnt realize it had been a week since I posted last, I was a bit off program for a couple days andthen we went to Cici's pizza and I had no idea how many pts I had. So Sunday I started fresh, of course Sunday night had a couple too many pts with the rum shots and coke, but I counted them. So had my oatmeal this morning and stopped at Subway for lunch and had the 6in. and baked chips. It seems like everytime I go in subway they are always out of the apple slices. I got some peaches so I can work on getting the fruits and veggies in. One thing I am doing good one is getting my water, I just had to get another case of bottled water. Still havent been able to get the exercise part in,but I have been parking further away at the store and taking the stairs at work.

So for this week,
  • Keep on getting the water
  • Try to get in Fruits and veggies as many days as possible
  • Keep trying to fit exercise in somewhere

I wasnt able to go to the meeting due to taking on some extra work this weekend, so Im just going to change and go to the 6pm meeting on Tues. night.

Heres something to think about...58 days till Christmas!! The holiday eating fest will be upon us soon.

Yes, the holidays are on their way... and that's why we're going to hold hands through them and make it through the holidays successfully! We're going to do this!
