Weigh In today



Today was weigh in day. I have only tracked since Monday, as I have been moving, but I guess thats a sorry excuse, anyway I stayed the same which I am perfectly happy with. My goal for this week is to actually track everything, and hopefully I will show a loss.





For FL it was been COLD! I woke up this morning and it was 34 degrees! Im not used to that kind of weather any more and esp. in Fl. Hopefully by next week we should be back to our balmy weather.





Hope every one stays on track and keeps warm. I am going to try to post more often.

Helllloooo




Well I went to WW this thursday, and despite working the previous night AND eating a WHOLE pizza 2 nights before, somehow I managed to lose .6 which happened to be the .6 that I had gained the previous week, so not to shabby. Soon I shall have internet again, for which Im grateful..I hate being with out it, so I should be back on, hopefully pretty regular. For all you people up in north freezing your asses off, I pity you and hope you stay warm and safe, of course down here in fl, it was in the 60's today. Now for FLoridians that is cold but I thought it was nice. Have a great weekend and a good week

Checkin in..

Just thought I would check in, I dont have Internet unless I go over to my parents, so havent been on much lately. I WI this past thursday and was up .6 so not too bad, this week seems to be going good. According to my scale I lost the .6, but if I can keep it off till I wi, we will see. I have been trying to go to the same meeting my parents go to, so since I work nights that means every other week I have to WI right after work which normally means I am up some.

I have a goal to work towards now! My neice is getting married in July, so I would like to be thinner by then, so thats what im shooting for. I also want to get back into exercising so just going to shoot for a couple times a week to start off with and go from there.

Havent posted in a while...

I have had a lot of stuff going on. December 2nd I had knee surgery and the following my grandmother passed away. We knew it was going to happen as she had been in Hospice house for three weeks, but it was still hard when it happened. So after about 3 weeks of not tracking I decided to bit e the bullet and weigh in and I was up only about 2 pounds which wasnt bad considering. This week I decided to WI in the morning on Christmas eve so I would be going a week with out WI, so I was down .6 which I am perfectly satisfied with, considering its the holidays. I may not be on that often since I dont have internet right now, I have to go to my parents to get online, but hopefully soon I will have it back and be posting on a regular basis again.

Why I havent posted

Someone was asking why, well I totally havent been on plan at all this week. My grandmother had another stroke and have removed the feeding tube and taken her off the vent and she has been moved to hospice house, although she is breathing on her own, I believe they have given her a week to 10 days, so I have been spending all my time at hospice. The whole family is here. My grandparents had 8 children and one died last summer, so everyone and their kids are down here and we are just waiting. It is very sad, so If I dont post much in this next week, this is why. Thanks to all for your kind words. I will be back on as soon as I can.

WHY....WHY....WHY!!

I have really blew it today, had to do some stuff this morning and stopped at walmart, and of course havent eaten anything since 2 am at work and was starving, so stopped at deli and got .5 pound of bbq chicken chunks(i know, i know) and then Sonic was there and I intended to stop there and forgot so went in there and had a xtra long coney dog with tater tots, so for today I have already had 49 pts for today...not good, not good......sigh!!!

Not sure why I end up doing these things, but I did and have moved on. Im eating my salad for supper that I should have eaten at work last night instead of the meatball sub and jalapeno chips. I need to buy some more water as im out. Im going to try to do much better this weekend since I am weighing in on Tuesday night.

Just a quickie

Just thought I would get a quickie post in. I changed meetings to Tues. evening which I think is going to work out better for me. The leader is a guy and I really like him and the group, apparently he has a website with recipes and stuff and sends out emails. Guess I will have to find out what it is. On a happier note, I lost 2.4 this week which brings my total to 7.8. My mini goal is to get back down to 300 and right now I'm at 312.2. I have noticed that ww scales weighs me less than my scale which is good. Altogether I'm happy, that is a good number and I was off program for a couple days. I have been doing better with my healthy guidelines and have been trying to eat more salad which is hard for me, but I'm working on it. Hope every one is nice and warm and watch out for that candy that's floating around this week.
